Eligibilit

Participation in the AMITY BHAAG INDIA Marathon is open to individuals of all age groups.
Minors under the age of 18 must provide a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Corporate groups, schools, and colleges may participate as teams under prior registration with the organizers.

Registration Process

All participants must complete the registration process through the official platform.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full registration fee.
Once registered, fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred to future events.

Health & Medical Requirements

By registering, participants confirm that they are physically fit and have consulted a medical professional if necessary.
On-site medical aid will be provided during the event; however, the organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or health complications arising
before, during, or after the marathon.
Participants with known medical conditions or on prescribed medications must inform the organizers in advance

Event Participation Rules

Participants must adhere to the designated route and follow all instructions provided by event officials and marshals.
Bibs must be worn and clearly visible throughout the marathon. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior, including pushing, obstruction, or use of prohibited aids, will lead to immediate disqualification.

Event Cancellation or Modification

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather
conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified via the registered contact details. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated by the organizers.

Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge and accept that participating in a marathon involves inherent risks, including physical injury.
The organizers, sponsors, or any associated entities shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

Use of Images and Media

By participating, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, photographs, videos, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, or
advertising without additional consent or compensation.

Personal Belongings

The organizers are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event. Participants are advised to avoid bringing valuables.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and respect fellow runners, event staff, and volunteers.
Any inappropriate behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or littering along the racecourse, will lead to disqualification and removal from the
event.

Data Privacy and Usage

All personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participant data will be used solely for
event management, communication, and related promotional activities. No data will be shared with third parties without consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to arbitration under the jurisdiction of the
courts in Raipur.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the AMITY BHAAG INDIA Marathon, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
